Sirius 14110 Wired FM Modulator Relay Specifications

Tired of relying on your FM transmitter to send your Sirius satellite radio signal to your car stereo? Turn instead to this wired FM modulator, which provides a direct connection to produce a crisper overall sound. Unlike FM transmitters--which often suffer from static and interference--the FM modulator plugs directly into your factory or after-market stereo, where it shields the system from intrusion by over-the-air FM stations. The device is particularly handy in crowded radio markets such as urban areas, where interference from neighboring FM stations can often creep into the Sirius signal. To install, simply connect the FM out from your FM modulator to the FM antenna input of your stereo head unit. Once you're connected, the modulator's internal relay will switch between Sirius operation (when the receiver is powered on) and AM/FM radio (when the receiver is turned off). Compatible with Sirius Starmate, Starbase, and Sportster plug 'n' play radios, the FM modulator comes with a 2-foot FM cable and a 19.33-foot minijack cable and is backed by a one-year warranty.
